Hi, I'm Rory.

Over the past decade, I have moved from working inside established commercial systems, to scaling fast ones, to building without much scaffolding at all.

At AB InBev I learnt how large budgets, agencies and sales teams work around one commercial plan. At Deliveroo and Heura I helped scale marketplaces, markets and revenue. I then co-founded Honeycomb, took a foodservice data product to paying pilots, and now run a 6-property short-term-rental business while building the tools behind its growth and operations.

I am most useful when the opportunity is credible but the growth motion is not yet repeatable. I can move between the customer, commercial model, data, workflow, product and implementation, then work with the right experts to turn that ambiguity into a system people actually use.

I am looking for a senior growth, new-markets or commercial-transformation mandate with a clear result to own, real authority and a team to build around it.
